Freese and Nichols, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager and Technical Leader for water resources and heavy civil infrastructure, with a focus on dams, levees, and hydraulic structures, serving the Southeast U.S. including NC and GA.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years of dam/levee project leadership, a PE license, and a proven track record mentoring staff, growing technical practices, and delivering multi-office programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in dams, levees, and hydraulic structures.
• PE license required; leadership of complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; mentorship and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large dam and levee projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multi-office teams.
• Serve as technical expert in dam and levee design, rehabilitation, and risk assessment.
