Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Greeley, CO, is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor (Lactose) to lead a dairy manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, yields and efficiency in a 24/7 operation. Starting compensation ranges from $95,000 to $112,000 with a 12% annual bonus target.

You will mentor up to four production supervisors and implement training, safety, and performance programs to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Four years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field with six years as a production supervisor in a dairy facility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to four production supervisors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and yields across the production area.
• Monitor product testing, equipment operations, and employee actions.
• Schedule production and workforce planning to meet budgeted yields and efficiency.
• Implement training, safety, communications, and recognition programs.
