Leprino Foods Company in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor (Processing) to lead a 350-person facility. You will coach hourly staff, schedule daily staffing, ensure product quality and safety, and partner with maintenance and QA to keep production moving.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field, 5+ years in food manufacturing, and experience with processing systems. Weekend/shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in food manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience with processing or packaging systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong computer proficiency and SAP or similar systems knowledge.
• Ability to work weekends, swing, and overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of hourly employees in the Processing Department, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient production.
• Plan daily staffing to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Mentor team members through coaching and on-going training.
• Supervise shift operations to meet productivity, yield, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure timely equipment repairs.
