You will drive strategic workforce planning, skill forecasting, and skilling programs, while managing cross‑functional workstreams and ensuring adoption through structured change activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, management, or transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; consultative and executive‑level communication.
• Experience driving change management and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce strategy into detailed analyses, plans, and deliverables.
• Lead workforce planning, demand and skills assessments to support SWP activities.
• Develop data‑driven insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide consultative support to leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for workstreams.
• Coordinate change management activities including stakeholder assessment and adoption planning.
• Assess impacts on roles, skills, processes, and technology to inform workforce plans.
• Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
