Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Sr Cons Strat Initiatves – NS07BE to deliver analysis, planning, and day-to-day support for the DAIO workforce strategy. The role translates workforce strategy into actionable plans, working with HR, DAIO leaders, Learning, and Technology teams to drive transformation and skilling aligned to business priorities.

Hybrid work schedule with office days in Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL; Hartford, CT; or Charlotte, NC—3 days per week (Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute components of the DAIO workforce strategy by translating strategic direction into detailed analyses and workforce plans.
• Conduct workforce analyses including demand, capacity, and skills assessments.
• Maintain and refresh workforce plans, models, and assumptions as priorities evolve.
• Develop data-driven insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
• Provide consultative support to DAIO leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and risks; escalate as needed.
