Job summary

EVERSANA in Chicago seeks a Senior D365 Business Analyst specializing in Finance & Operations PMA to translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions. You will partner with Finance, Project Accounting, Operations, and technology teams to drive design, configuration, testing, UAT, upgrades, and production support.

You will lead end-to-end PMA processes, ensure integration with GL/AR/AP, manage testing cycles, document functional specs, and mentor other analysts while upholding our diversity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Hands-on expertise with D365 Project Management & Accounting (PMA).
• Strong knowledge of GL, AR, AP, and financial dimensions.
• Experience with integrations, reporting, data, and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior SME for D365 PMA, providing guidance on functionality and best practices.
• Gather requirements, assess processes, identify gaps, and design scalable solutions using standard D365 functionality.
• Lead end-to-end project accounting processes, including setup, contracts, funding, budgets, costing, time and expense, billing, revenue recognition, WIP, invoicing, and close.
• Ensure effective integration of PMA with General Ledger, A/R, A/P, Procurement, reporting, and other processes.
• Support complex project financial requirements including funding rules, billing, posting profiles, categories, pricing, allocations, and dimensions.
• Lead functional design, configuration, and develop requirements for integrations, workflows, reports, and enhancements.
