Job summary

HSO is seeking a D365 F&O PMA Functional Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across PMA, finance, and operations. You will translate business strategy into scalable D365 F&O solutions and drive end-to-end functional design with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior architects and collaborate with executives, delivering measurable value while guiding complex architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of combined experience delivering Dynamics 365 F&O solutions including PMA module architectures.
• Experience delivering at least three full-cycle PMA implementations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proven success leading multi-phase, multi-country enterprise-scale implementations.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: assessment, analysis, planning, deployment, realization.
• Ability to deliver measurable business value to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Functional Solution Architect for PMA across multiple modules and workstreams.
• Translate business strategy into scalable, compliant D365 F&O solutions.
• Own end-to-end functional design for PMA, finance, operations, data, security, reporting.
• Direct BPA, blueprint, and fit/gap activities aligning with Microsoft standards.
• Lead project estimation including scope, delivery strategy, resources, risks, and assumptions.
• Oversee design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live as the design authority.
• Govern testing strategies and issue resolution across functional workstreams and integrations.
• Review and approve functional specs, data migration, deployment plans, and readiness.
• Ensure training and knowledge transfer for long-term client self-sufficiency.
• Act as senior escalation point for functional and solution issues during go-live.
• Mentor architects and consultants across delivery teams.
• Travel up to 30% as client needs require.
