Komline is seeking a Senior D365 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Implementation Lead to lead operational process design and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management deployments across our manufacturing sites. This role will help businesses adopt consistent purchasing, inventory, warehousing, sales order, and production processes, with a particular emphasis on production planning.
Working across smaller operations and more complex equipment manufacturing businesses, this individual will combine hands‑on configuration with process design, testing, training, and deployment support. The role will partner with the ERP Platform Manager, D365 program leadership, functional specialists, data engineer, and site subject matter experts as part of an internal implementation team targeting five to six deployments annually, including concurrent projects and acquisition integrations.
The initial focus will be implementations and post-go-live stabilization. D365 program leadership will coordinate delivery plans, while the ERP Platform Manager will own platform priorities and governance. An external service provider will manage ongoing production support and selected technical operations, and the data engineer will lead migration execution. Responsibilities may expand to platform improvements and ongoing support as the deployment portfolio evolves.
