Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementations and finance transformation engagements in the United States. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle from assessment to go-live, balancing delivery excellence with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
7+ years in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or consulting.
3+ years hands-on MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
Strong knowledge of D365 Finance functional processes.
Experience leading implementation workstreams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
Oversee functional workstreams: requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integrations, deployment.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and quality.
Coach and develop consultants and contribute to standard delivery practices.
Travel as needed based on client and engagement needs.
