Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle, from process assessment to go-live optimization.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in ERP and D365 Finance, with project leadership and strong communication skills, in a hybrid U.S. work environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and leading finance-related workstreams.
Experience delivering ERP implementations from requirements to go-live.
Proven project leadership and client advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 implementations and transformation programs.
Oversee functional workstreams across requirements, design, config, data migration, and testing.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders during engagements.
