Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations for mid-market to enterprise clients. You will translate finance requirements into actionable designs and guide cross-functional teams through architecture, prototyping, and deployment.

The role emphasizes executive interaction and strategic roadmaps. You will own project delivery, ensure scope and quality, and contribute to Crowe's D365 practice growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance implementation leadership or equivalent ERP delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
• Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Reporting).
• Ability to lead solution architecture and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders (C-suite/director level).
• Managed priorities and delivered high-quality, client-facing work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Advise CFOs and Operations leaders to define requirements and design transformation roadmaps.
• Set direction and guide delivery teams to ensure scope, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead design, data integrity, and user experience improvements to maximize platform value.
• Mentor team members and support the growth of the D365 offering.
