Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements. This role is designed for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations professional who can combine deep functional expertise with strong project and client leadership.

You will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from business process assessment and solution design through configuration,

Qualifications

Experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
Ability to translate business and accounting needs into scalable ERP solutions.
Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
Oversee functional workstreams across requirements, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and stabilization.
Coordinate training, documentation, change management, and knowledge transfer.
Provide leadership during post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
Coach and develop consultants and contribute to consistent delivery practices across engagements.
