Job summary

My3Tech seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with 12+ years of ERP and finance transformation expertise. The role focuses on end-to-end D365 Finance implementations across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and supply chain, driving process optimization and financial systems integration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Experience integrating Finance with Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 Finance implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 Finance solutions.
• Configure and optimize Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations teams for financial integration.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Design and implement Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Participate in solution design workshops and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop functional design documents and support technical teams during development.
• Define data migration strategy and validate migrated financial data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Drive adoption of best practices and standard D365 capabilities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and business users.
• Work with executive stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business goals.
