Job summary

Deloitte seeks an experienced ERP Solutions leader to guide engagements across MS D365 F&O, Workday, and Infor, partnering with CFOs and CIOs to transform finance and supply-chain processes. You will drive delivery excellence, manage budgets, and build client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead teams, shape proposals, and contribute to practice development while traveling up to 50% of the time and maintaining US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience
• 8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-live
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, budgeting and on-time delivery of work products
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Develop and lead client pursuit teams and pricing strategies
• Develop practical solutions and methodologies; publish thoughtware and be present at industry events
• Coach staff, recruit, and support delivery teams in local offices
