Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations offering in the United States. You will design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose and maintainable, drawing on your business, industry, and functional skills.

Lead a team to deliver D365-based solutions for clients, collaborating with functional and technical consultants to address business requirements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in the Supply Chain domain as a functional lead.
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in SCM.
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation.
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Client development and sales experience (producing RFPs and SOWs, presenting at client orals).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for clients.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and coordinate with both functional and technical consultants.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.
• Collaborate with other experts within and outside Deloitte.
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of Dynamics 365.
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.
