Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a senior leader in Emerging ERP Solutions to drive MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and related ERP programs in the United States. You will oversee engagement planning, budgeting, teams, and client relationships with CFOs and CIOs, delivering ongoing transformation across industries.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in consulting, 8+ years in F&O ERP projects, and a proven ability to generate new business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP.
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams.
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business.
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
• Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
• People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
