Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Supervisor to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice in Denver. You will collaborate with client leadership and our project teams to define requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and document processes while training client SMEs on the cloud ERP platform.

As a valued member of a defined project methodology, you will help develop and implement multiple BC modules, guiding teams to deliver outcomes that align people,

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing implementation experience using D365 BC and/or Dynamics NAV
• 5 years of ERP implementation experience using defined project management methodologies
• Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate capabilities of D365 BC to clients
• Lead client workshops to uncover requirements for D365 BC implementations
• Lead teams of internal consultants through full life-cycle implementations
• Manage full life-cycle implementations with cross-functional teams
• Document business and system processes using Microsoft cloud-based tools
• Train key users on core job functions
• Identify and link functional and technical requirements for end-to-end solutions
• Stay current with Microsoft’s One Version updates to enhance client experience
