Job summary

RSM is expanding its Managed Application Services team and seeking a seasoned D365 BC/NAV functional consultant with strong finance and projects accounting experience. You will work directly with clients and Microsoft, guiding implementations and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 BC and NAV across a nationally dispersed team.

The role emphasizes mentoring, client collaboration, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Hybrid work with travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software implementation or supporting services with Microsoft D365 BC and NAV.
• Strong accounting with Project accounting experience.
• Understanding of ERP software and how it applies to business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation projects and client post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics D365 BC.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with clients and Microsoft on solving critical business issues.
• Work with a nationally dispersed team in a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
• Travel up to 25% and maintain a hybrid in-office presence twice per week.
