• Proven negotiation and communication skills with brokers, insureds, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of complex non-profit D&O and EPLI claims from notice to resolution.
• Perform timely coverage analysis under claims-made policies; interpret terms/exclusions.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and reserves; determine resolution strategies.
• Oversee defense counsel; provide budgeting and litigation strategy guidance.
• Communicate status and coverage positions to insureds, brokers, and legal partners.
