Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Specialist in Cytogenetics (CG).
• Capable of leading training, QA programs and department protocols.
• Experience with testing workflows, result reporting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day specimen processing, analysis and reporting.
• Serve as project lead for training, QA programs and SOPs.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and inventory.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and troubleshoot complex findings.
• Maintain QA/QC programs and CAP surveys.
