Qualifications

• Experience with engine testing, calibration, simulation, or controls development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers on design to meet performance and cost goals.
• Collaborate with engine platform teams on NPIs, NTI, CPI, and NSI projects.
• Direct and/or conduct analytical simulations and evaluate results.
• Apply product development skills from concept to production.
• Execute maintenance activities and cost-robustness projects.
• Communicate results to customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including purchasing and operations.
• Gather input from experts to formulate project decisions and outputs.
