Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking a Cyberspace Warfare Force Development Senior Project Engineer to lead CW force development and force generation for CW/CO missions in space operations.

You will serve as a technical authority, shaping doctrine, conducting wargaming, and coordinating with CFC/HQ USSF while traveling up to 20% and maintaining a security clearance as a US citizen. Colorado Springs onsite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and progression in technical leadership in cyber operations.
10+ years in cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, or defense‑oriented projects for national security space missions.
Proven leadership as a technical authority managing highly technical teams and force development activities.
Deep understanding of CW and force development for space operations and wargaming methodologies.
Experience with cyber range architecture, OT&E processes, and space-focused cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as Senior Project Engineer and technical authority for CW force development and STARCOM/ CFC efforts.
Drive CW doctrine, tactics, and procedures to ready Guardians for space control missions.
Support cyber weapons and tactics development, wargaming, exercises, and operational testing.
Translate challenges into CW tool requirements integrating CW with OW and EW.
Coordinate with USSF HQ, CFC, and partners to advocate capabilities and safe deployment.
