Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Operations Analyst Trainer to join our CJT team in support of JS J7 DD JTE in Suffolk, VA. This role focuses on observing, training, and providing feedback to Joint Force Commanders and staffs during joint and multinational exercises.

Required are an active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and at least 5 years of joint operational experience or related training.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years of joint operational experience or equivalent training/certs.
• Strong understanding of joint operational planning and staff functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
• On-site work in Suffolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME trainer in cyberspace operations across joint, multinational, interagency, and globally integrated exercises.
• Integrate into and support the DTLD Fires and Effects Section.
• Serve on Deployable Training Teams observing and training leadership during exercises.
• Identify key command challenges and develop best practices and lessons learned.
• Produce detailed after-action reports and joint lessons learned inputs.
