You will own high‑impact incident response, perform hands‑on troubleshooting of SIEM pipelines, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, DevOps, and SOC teams to ensure rapid remediation. The role requires deep technical knowledge of SIEM architectures, cloud platforms, and security technologies, with a proven track record in enterprise or MSSP environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or security operations.
• Strong background in SIEM, cybersecurity, or large‑scale observability platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or MSSP customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for critical and high‑impact customer issues.
• Lead hands‑on troubleshooting for complex break‑fix scenarios across SIEM, networks, and endpoints.
• Engage with customers during Severity 1 incidents and provide clear status updates.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and SOC teams to improve reliability and readiness.
