Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, security operations, or related fields.
• Experience with SIEM and large-scale observability platforms.
• Strong communication during Severity 1 incidents and high-impact outages.
• Experience operating in 24/7 global support environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting for complex break-fix scenarios.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident resolution calls with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with on-call rotations and weekend coverage.
