Job summary

Trace3, headquartered in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect, Security to drive pre-sales strategy and client advisory in cybersecurity. You will blend deep technical mastery with business acumen to shape executive security roadmaps and deliver resilient, value-focused solutions.

You will lead workshops, craft proposals, and coordinate with Sales, Cloud, and Data teams to close opportunities while mentoring regional architects and contributing to Trace3’s market leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 3–5 years in pre-sales or client advisory
• Proven ability to architect enterprise security across on-prem and cloud
• Hands-on proficiency with modern security platforms (EDR/XDR, email, DLP, IAM)
• Ability to connect security investments to business outcomes and ROI
• Experience in a consulting or technology organization with client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor guiding strategy and architecture
• Lead client discovery to capture requirements and translate into solutions
• Evaluate security architectures for feasibility, risk, and alignment
• Design security solutions across Endpoint, Email, DLP, Cloud, and IAM
• Create executive-ready proposals, SOWs, and technical docs
• Produce LOE estimates and clean handoffs to delivery teams
• Collaborate with Cloud, Infra, and Data teams on converged solutions
• Coach regional architects and account teams for sales effectiveness
• Support GTM strategy and regional offerings via thought leadership
