Job summary

Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Services Architect to lead the design and delivery of new consulting offerings and enablement programs. You will mentor Associate Services Architects and align strategy with product roadmaps while delivering customer-focused content and live demonstrations.

In this role, you will shape the Professional Services portfolio, review requirements, create collateral, and teach sessions to ensure offerings resonate with real-world customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience.
• 1+ year in vulnerability management or cybersecurity operations.
• 3+ years of professional services, technical support, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Professional Services Portfolio by identifying gaps and prioritizing new offerings.
• Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, and educational materials.
• Maintain high technical, content, and lab quality standards across the portfolio.
• Stay informed about product changes and plan portfolio updates ahead of releases.
• Advise leadership on offering strategy, resourcing and delivery risk.
• Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
• Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing content for relevance.
• Deliver pre-production training sessions and live demonstrations for the Tenable product suite.
• Perform content reviews to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs, acting as final approver for release.
• Periodically teach customer classes or deliver service engagements to gain customer insight.
• Collaborate with peers to understand field requirements and translate findings into portfolio decisions.
• Engage with customers and partners to analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
