Rubrik is seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Risk Management to drive day-to-day execution of the cybersecurity risk program. You will coordinate cross-functional risk assessments, support risk review/acceptance, track remediation, and produce leadership-facing risk reporting to show the posture of Rubrik’s security program.

You will partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to maintain alignment, drive governance, and deliver measurable risk-reduction

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity risk management or GRC experience, incl. 3+ years in PM roles.
• Experience scaling a risk management program in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Knowledge of risk methodologies and common security frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Support and drive day-to-day execution of the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk assessments and risk remediation tracking.
• Draft risk statements translating findings into business impact with rationale.
• Maintain risk register with owners, status, dates and treatments.
• Prepare materials for risk governance and leadership reporting.
• Develop program metrics and dashboards for leadership updates.
