Job summary

Teachers FCU is seeking a Program Manager for Cybersecurity Operations to lead enterprise cybersecurity programs, coordinate incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role interfaces with senior leadership, technology partners, and external vendors to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

The program leader will oversee SOC, vulnerability management, IAM, PAM, EDR, and GRC activities, driving improvements and executive reporting on risk and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity programs aligned with security strategy and business goals.
• Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance for programs.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on scope and budget.
• Collaborate with executives to develop long-term cybersecurity strategies.
• Coordinate incident response activities and regulatory/audit compliance.
