Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of direct cybersecurity experience with 1 year in leadership.
• 7 total years in cybersecurity with 5 years in incident response/SOC operations.
• Experience in information technology or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team focused on incident detection, triage, investigation, and response.
• Oversee design and optimization of incident detection/response processes; drive post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses.
• Develop incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
