Job summary
Post Holdings, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead enterprise Cybersecurity operations.
You will partner with CISO and CPO, orchestrate governance forums, and drive cross-functional execution across Cybersecurity, Privacy, and IT Operations. This role emphasizes executive communications, budget stewardship, and portfolio leadership. You will draft board-ready updates, build a consistent voice across teams, design the annual Cybersecurity Summit, and guide programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise settings
- 3–5 years of program management, owning a portfolio across multiple units
- Experience writing for executive and board audiences
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
Responsibilities
- Set and run enterprise cybersecurity leadership and governance cadence
- Own agendas, pre-reads, briefs, decisions tracking and closure
- Produce board-ready reporting for CIO, Audit Committee, Board
- Own cybersecurity communications and brand across teams
- Manage the Cybersecurity, Privacy & IT Operations budget
- Own the portfolio of programs with milestones and dependencies
- Draft executive communications on behalf of the CISO
- Lead team meetings and offsites to strengthen culture
