Job summary

Bullhorn in the United States seeks a Principal IT Security Project Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives from planning through delivery. You will report to the CISO and drive cross-functional security programs across software, cloud, and identity management.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management with at least 5 years in security, a PMP and CISSP/CISM/CRISC, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or information security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
• PMP and a security credential such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional security projects across enterprise areas.
• Identify project risks, track vulnerabilities, and implement mitigations.
• Communicate project progress, budgets, and security metrics to executives and technical teams.
