Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager

Job summary

COLSA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead efforts delivering cybersecurity services. This role interfaces with Government leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and contract partners to ensure effective program execution and successful cyber support delivery.

The position is contingent on contract award with anticipated start in March 2027; candidate will be proposed as Key Personnel per proposal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive program management experience in DoD cybersecurity/IT.
• U.S. Citizenship with minimum Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of A&A, RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards, and federal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contracted effort with planning, oversight, and control.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity services.
• Interface with Government authorities, senior managers, technical teams, and stakeholders regarding program and technical matters.
• Manage lifecycle of program activities from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance to meet requirements.
• Support resource planning and workload coordination to meet program needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies; coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and service delivery.
