COLSA Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Maryland to lead a defense contract focused on cyber warfare engineering and cybersecurity. This pivotal role requires substantial leadership experience and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years related to cybersecurity and information assurance, and hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance. A Master's degree and relevant IT certifications are preferred. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including at least 3 years within the last 5 years.
Minimum of five years of experience related to Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Risk Management Framework activities.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and administer the contracted effort.
Act as primary interface with Government program authorities.
Oversee contractor execution across multiple sites and functions.
Ensure compliance with Federal and DoD regulations.
Monitor program performance, risks, and deliverables.
