Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Maryland to lead a defense contract focused on cyber warfare engineering and cybersecurity. This pivotal role requires substantial leadership experience and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years related to cybersecurity and information assurance, and hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance. A Master's degree and relevant IT certifications are preferred. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience, including at least 3 years within the last 5 years.
• Minimum of five years of experience related to Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Risk Management Framework activities.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and administer the contracted effort.
• Act as primary interface with Government program authorities.
• Oversee contractor execution across multiple sites and functions.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and DoD regulations.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and deliverables.
