Job summary

Quevera in Maryland seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cybersecurity, privacy compliance, and cloud transformation initiatives within a DoD context.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards while developing talent and driving secure cloud architectures. The role requires a current active clearance and a proven track record delivering mission-critical IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Technical or IT Project Management.
• Active IAT II+ or IAM II certification.
• PMP, PBA, or PMP specialization.
• Strong understanding of DoD security frameworks and IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects in Secure Cloud Computing Architecture environments.
• Drive cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, privacy, and IT domains.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Support cyber workforce development and management per DoD standards.
• Oversee privacy compliance programs per federal and DoD policies.
• Coordinate technical acquisition efforts and engage stakeholders clearly.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.
