Job summary

Highwire is seeking Senior Account Executives to act as trusted advisors and strategic storytellers in our Cybersecurity practice. You will lead media relations, craft compelling narratives, and drive integrated campaigns for top brands at the forefront of global security innovation.

You will manage client programs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across AI, design, content, and social teams to deliver measurable PR value in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting (required).
• Direct experience with cybersecurity clients or security industry is advantageous.
• Strong relationships across tech, business, and security press.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical execution of cybersecurity PR elements, including media relations and thought leadership.
• Lead weekly client calls and provide strategic counsel as a trusted point of contact.
• Manage projects from kickoff through execution with on-time deliverables.
• Develop quarterly cybersecurity campaign plans considering trends and breaking news.
• Monitor threat landscape and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Coach junior staff on cybersecurity media strategies and relationship building.
