Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC is seeking a Security Cooperation Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Cyber Operations Policy (DASW COP). The role advances cyberspace security cooperation programs and provides policy, analytical, and technical expertise between the Pentagon and DoW staff.

Candidates will conduct deliberate analysis, help develop defensive cyber operations policy, and coordinate with diplomatic, law enforcement, intelligence, and network defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience supporting cyberspace security cooperation development and implementation.
• Knowledge of cyberspace security cooperation processes and activities.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior-level management.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written, coordination, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deliberate analysis supporting cyber workforce and readiness policy development.
• Assist leadership in developing and updating defense policy for defensive cyber operations.
• Draft policy to deter and respond to cyber intrusions, enhancing resiliency.
• Coordinate with DoW and Service staffs, interagency, and international partners.
• Provide policy oversight for cyberspace security cooperation programs.
• Prepare policy papers, coordination documents, and decision-support materials.
• Track program activities, milestones, risks, and coordination requirements.
• Brief senior leadership on complex cyber policy and security cooperation topics.
