Job summary

EY is seeking an information security specialist to lead data protection initiatives for diverse client engagements. You will guide teams, define requirements, and implement encryption, governance and data lifecycle strategies across complex environments.

You will work within EY’s Advanced Security Centers and contribute to risk management, program governance, and security policy development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 3–5 years.
• 3–5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of encryption, data classification, data disposition, governance and security policy creation.
• Understanding of data governance and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with data privacy, protection and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services on strategic accounts.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions and develop related policies.
• Lead encryption strategy, program governance, and data security capabilities.
• Implement data security products, including data governance and lifecycle initiatives.
