CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the C-17 TS RMF program, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements and U.S. government directives.

You will coordinate planning, staffing, and governance of the cybersecurity program, interfacing with stakeholders and managing ISSO resources across locations. Responsibilities include preparing RMF artifacts, maintaining eMASS/ACAS, and guiding the accreditation process to achieve ATO status while collaborating with engineers on

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level I (Level II preferred) or equivalent DoD 8570-01/8140.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong presentation and communication skills.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RMF activities for C-17 TS Cybersecurity Program across multiple sites.
• Prepare and review RMF documentation: SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms.
• Ensure security controls align with DoD, USAF, and NIST requirements.
• Direct accreditation process to achieve and maintain ATO status.
• Oversee eMASS and ACAS documentation and scans.
• Collaborate with engineers to securely integrate updates and patches.
• Manage security incidents and coordinate recovery efforts.
• Provide cybersecurity governance, reporting, and training to staff.
