Job summary

Accenture Security in the Utilities practice seeks a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex engagements across IT and OT, supporting electric, gas, and water utilities. You will guide strategy, manage delivery, and mentor teams while aligning with regulatory requirements such as NERC CIP and NIST frameworks.

You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders to drive grid modernization, IT/OT convergence, and cyber resilience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT and regulatory domains.
Minimum 5 years in a Security Account Lead role and team leadership responsibilities.
Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities.
Familiarity with utility regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST, TSA directives, etc.).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity strategy and execution across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and field systems for utilities.
Engage with C-suite and utility leaders to align security with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Direct large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs focusing on IT/OT convergence and threat protection.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to design scalable architectures for grid modernization and energy transition.
Represent Accenture Security in client engagements and leadership forums.
