Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Analyst in Roy, UT to act as a technical authority on system hardening, RMF compliance, and security architecture. You will translate NIST SP 800-53 controls into scalable baselines and automation.

You will lead ISSE activities, coordinate with AO/SCA, and mentor engineers while supporting Sentinel program objectives and customer TIMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with extensive DoD security experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required with SAP access eligibility.
• Experience delivering RMF/government security artifacts (SSP, SAP, RAR, SCTM).
• Proven ability to implement NIST SP 800-53 baselines and CNSSI 1253 overlays.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and tailoring of cybersecurity architectures across enterprise and classified networks.
• Define and enforce Organization-Defined Parameters and control implementations.
• Architect and implement system hardening baselines across Windows, Linux, and cloud.
• Lead ST&E planning, POA&M management, BoE compilation, and ATO packages.
