Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst in Roy, UT to lead RMF activities, assess system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-series standards. You will implement DISA STIGs and support DevSecOps collaboration.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, DoD/IC experience and strong ATO-focused artifacts development. Relocation and full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP approval.

Responsibilities

RMF Accreditation & Compliance: Execute RMF steps from categorization to ATO and continuous monitoring.
Systems Security Engineering: Design and maintain security architectures for defense applications.
Control Evaluation & Hardening: Apply STIGs and NC, 53 rev 5 controls across Linux, Windows, and cloud.
Vulnerability & Compliance Scanning: Run scans with ACAS and Nessus; document deviations and remediation.
Artifact Authoring: Draft SSP, SAR, POA&M, SCTM.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with software, systems engineering and DevSecOps teams.
