Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in an IT or information security role.
• Working knowledge of network/security fundamentals (firewalls, VPN, OSI).
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused security operations posture across teams.
• Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to secure systems.
• Administer and support security solutions including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, and web proxy.
• Apply security patches after risk assessments and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents with containment and forensics.
• Produce periodic security metrics and reports.
