Qualifications

• Attention to detail in reviewing IT-related work and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Customer service experience in assessing IT needs and delivering solutions.
• Oral communication to briefing mid-level management and IT staff.
• Problem solving by identifying alternatives to IT issues using multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate resolution of complex information security incidents and operational anomalies as a senior SME.
• Champion enterprise cybersecurity awareness among senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment between mission objectives and security principles.
• Execute risk and vulnerability assessments across both planned and deployed information systems to proactively identify threat vectors, operational risks, and critical protection requirements.
• Architect and implement cybersecurity policies and defensive protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of mission-critical systems, networks, and data against unauthorized access or cyber adversaries.
• Develop and implement programs to ensure that system, network, and data users are aware of, understand, and comply with security policies and procedures.
