Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead compliance programs (SOX, PCI, SWIFT) and design scalable GRC solutions. You will partner with GCS, ST, and business teams to implement risk‑based controls, automate evidence collection, and deliver actionable risk insights.

You will develop and maintain policies, standards, and training to scale enterprise compliance and continuously improve control testing, reporting, and remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to drive compliance in technology products and solutions.
• Design and maintain GRC capabilities including policy, controls, and assessments.
• Develop automation and dashboards to monitor control health and risk posture.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to partners and stakeholders.
