Job summary
Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Seattle to own the Common Control Framework (CCF) maturation and manage AI-assisted testing within the GRC ecosystem.
You will partner across Governance, Risk, and Compliance to embed controls into everyday operations and ensure alignment with PCI DSS requirements. The role emphasizes transforming evidence collection, designing automation for control testing, and delivering measurable KPIs/KRIs while collaborating with engineering and security
Qualifications
- Experience building and managing Continuous Compliance Framework (CCF) or similar programs.
- Experience leveraging AI/automation to enhance control testing and evidence collection.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and supporting assessments/tests.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and ongoing maturation of the CCF tailoring controls to the org.
- Configure and manage CCF module within Nordstrom's GRC tool with clear ownership.
- Collaborate with business and tech to define control language, testing cadence, and implementation guidance.
- Build RACI models for all controls to clarify ownership across teams.
- Design and roll out KPIs and KRIs for CCF and compliance program for real-time monitoring.
- Identify automation candidates and roadmap for AI-assisted control testing and evidence collection.
