Job summary

RiVidium, Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / SME Level III to lead DHS Intelligence Enterprise cybersecurity engineering.

You will design secure cloud architectures, guide DevSecOps, advance Zero Trust, and drive enterprise audit and GRC initiatives across classified and unclassified environments. The ideal candidate brings TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of federal IC work, and hands-on expertise in cloud security, automation, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible cybersecurity engineering experience for Federal Government or IC programs.
• Expert knowledge in Cloud Security Architecture, DevSecOps, ZTA, Enterprise Security Engineering, Security Automation, Hybrid Cloud Security.
• Current CISSP and AWS Certifications; Scrum or equivalent Agile certs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior cybersecurity engineering technical lead for DHS IE initiatives.
• Develop and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategies for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Integrate security controls across the DevSecOps SDLC and Agile processes.
• Automate security validation, IaC controls, and continuous compliance.
• Design secure reference architectures for enterprise apps and cloud-hosted systems.
• Maintain enterprise security tools (ACAS/Nessus, SonarQube, GitLab, SCAP, Nmap, WebInspect).
• Lead Enterprise Audit (EA) engineering aligned with ICS 500-27.
• Develop audit dashboards and security monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers and system engineers to implement audit logging and data sharing.
• Design secure cloud architectures (IC Cloud, C2E, AWS GovCloud, multi-cloud).
• Lead Zero Trust initiatives with roadmaps and metrics.
• Configure and maintain RSA Archer or equivalent GRC platform.
• Align security controls with NIST RMF, SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CNSSI 1253, ICD 503, DHS 4300C.
• Evaluate AI/ML security technologies to improve capabilities.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic roadmaps.
• Mentor cybersecurity engineers.
