Job summary

RiVidium Inc. seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager (Level III) to lead the CIEITS program for DHS IE, serving as the primary Government-contractor liaison.

You will provide executive-level direction across governance, risk, engineering, and IT security operations, while managing multi-CLIN contracts and subcontractor teams. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, PMP, and CISSP/CISM credentials, with 15+ years of experience in IC/DHS cybersecurity programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 15+ years of IT/cybersecurity/program management experience of similar size and complexity.
• PMP certification.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between Government and contractor for all CIEITS program activities.
• Provide executive-level leadership for cybersecurity program execution across governance, risk management, engineering, and IT security operations.
• Manage all program tasks, personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables.
• Interface with DHS I&A CISO, COR, CO, and other Government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain key program artifacts (PMP, IMS, Staffing Plan, QCP, Risk Register).
• Monitor cost, schedule, technical performance, and resource utilization across contract CLINs.
