Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sr. Level CyberSecurity Engineer to join our security team. You will act as a Tier 3 escalation point, manage security tooling, and support vulnerability management across the enterprise.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience and strong skills with CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, SIEM, and cloud security. Collaboration with MSSPs and strong documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Proofpoint Email Security and Microsoft Security Suite.
• Proven experience interfacing with MSSPs and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents and investigations.
• Manage and optimize security tools and platforms across the enterprise.
• Create, review, and optimize Palo Alto Next‑Gen Firewall rulesets.
• Administer CrowdStrike EDR and Proofpoint Email Security solutions.
• Operate and tune SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK).
• Leverage Microsoft Cloud Security tools to secure cloud environments.
• Lead Vulnerability Management: scanning, prioritization, remediation, reporting.
• Collaborate with MSSPs to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
• Develop security runbooks and incident response procedures.
• Stay current with threats and regulatory requirements.
