Robotics Technologies LLC in Woodlands, TX is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to act as a Tier 3 escalation point and manage enterprise security tools. You will fine-tune Palo Alto rules, administer CrowdStrike EDR and Proofpoint, and optimize SIEM usage across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will lead vulnerability management, coordinate with MSSPs, and perform threat hunting and risk analysis while developing runbooks and incident response procedures.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with MSSPs/third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security principles.

Mansioni

• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents and investigations.
• Manage and optimize security tools and platforms across the enterprise.
• Create, review, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Next-Gen Firewall rulesets.
• Administer and monitor CrowdStrike EDR and Proofpoint Email Security solutions.
• Operate and fine-tune SIEM platforms, including alert use case creation and optimization.
• Leverage Microsoft Cloud Security Tools to secure cloud environments.
• Lead the Vulnerability Management program, including scanning and remediation coordination.
• Collaborate with MSSPs to ensure SLAs and quality standards.
• Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
• Develop security documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory requirements.
